![]() ![]() I am a migrant from the UK, I was born and raised in the London area. This is a fun place to eat, the food is great, the town is great, if you love fish, you have to "Go Fish"!! If you go during the summer season, expect to wait, the lines go out the door, but it is worth the wait for the food even then. We have eaten here several times and the portions are always enormous. The enormous piece of fried cod was hanging over both sides of the large plate. Don't forget to add some malt vinegar to your chips. As one of the other reviewers stated, the "chips" or fries, are hand cut, home-made "chips". The Icelandic cod was fresh, deep fried (not greasy at all) in a light and crispy batter and served with tartar sauce, lemon and coleslaw. Off season all of the lunches are $9.95 or less, and the dinner entrees are all $11 or less. We both ordered the English beer battered fish and chips. We were stuffed when we finished it, but we still had our main meal to come. This would have easily made a meal for two people. There were at least 16 JUMBO, and I mean JUMBO shrimps (like half of the size of your hand), a combination of beer battered shrimp, fried coconut shrimp and (real) crab stuffed jumbo shrimp served with sweet chili dipping sauce, cocktail sauce and homemade tartar sauce. ![]() Yes, that sounds like a lot of money for an appetizer, but listen to what we got. We then split an appetizer called the Ultimate Jumbo Shrimp Appetizer for $16.95. It was $9.95 for this appetizer, but worth it. It was so good, we could have eaten another one. This crab and cheese dip was served with crackers, and made with real crab. Our most recent visit was two weeks ago, and we started with the Go Fish! Warm Crab Dip. We have eaten here several times, and every single thing we have eaten here has been fabulous. From the cute "tube" signs (subway for us) on the walls, to the malt vinegar on the tables, to the cool music playing in the background, this restaurant is just fun to be in. As soon as you step in the door of the restaurant, which is located just about 5 doors down from the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, you feel like you are stepping into a little shop in the U.K. She was not only their mother, but their friend who always supported and believed in her children’s dreams and ambitions and whose inspiration and culinary talents made these dreams reality. If you are looking for authentic British Fish and Chips, this is the place to come to.
